practice information

Practices begin the first Saturday in August at 8:30 AM. There is no equipment required for the first 10 hours of practice other than helmet, mouthguard, and practice jersey (and football shoes), after which full contact practices occur. Once practices start, please have players check the Team Pages for current information. Practices are on Saturday mornings from 8:30 - 11:00 AM, and every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. There are no Wednesday practices once the season begins. Check the online Calendar throughout the season for updates on practices. We practice rain or shine, and it is rare for us to cancel practice. Please check our website regularly for updates.
